Dumped my trainer today. I feel like I should
feel bad about it, but I don't. On top of being late all the time, CONSTANTLY mixing me up with his other clients, and being completely unable to remember my two injury/health issues, he also decided it would be smart to phone me at 7:30am this morning to ask when I wanted to schedule my next appointment. Actual conversation:
Trainer: "Hey I just noticed we didn't schedule any appointments for next week, what days did you want?"
Me: "Um... we didn't schedule them because I told you yesterday at the end of my session that I didn't know my schedule and would be handling it when I came in today." *
Trainer: "Oh okay--"
Me: "Thanks." CLICK
* This was a lie, the real reason I didn't schedule any more sessions with him because I was pretty sure I wanted to switch trainers.
But seriously, you a) can't remember a detail like that for LESS THAN 24 ELAPSED HOURS and you b) think phoning someone at 7:30AM is ok? I don't know who taught you basic manners, much less professional courtesy, but NEVER call someone, especially a client, before 9am unless it is a goddamn emergency
. But whatever, I got myself in with the extremely fit middle eastern chick who works the same times/days, and I'm hoping I'll see more improvement this month than I did in January. My lunch.
And my stupidly indulgent creation for the day (I think every person who uses Polyvore is required to have at least one extremely tacky peacock-inspired coord).
